Liverpool is about to become home to its third Baa Bar as the Merseyside brand prepares to open in Victoria Street.
The latest addition to the Baa Bar family, which will be number seven in the brand’s portfolio, will offer the signature experience of contemporary music, unique design, good value and great atmosphere that has become synonymous with the brand – with a few extra twists.
Open every day from 5pm until late, the bar is perfectly located just a stone’s throw away from the commercial district and adjacent to the popular Mathew Street area. The Victoria Street addition will remain the Baa Bar that customers know and love, whilst the stylish edge hopes to bring a new dimension to nightlife in the area.
Elaine Clarke, CEO at Baa Bar Group Ltd comments: “This is our third Baa Bar in Liverpool and we’re excited to bring the experience to Victoria Street. Liverpool is where it all began and we’ve been looking for a new site where more people can enjoy what the bar has to offer for some time.”
In the exposed brick and stylish decor, the bar will have an underground feel featuring cosy booths making it the perfect spot for after-work drinks. And for revelers who like to party through the night, the iconic Baa Bar light wall and guest DJ spinning the decks from 10pm everyday will make an ideal backdrop for a great night out.
The bar will be stocked with premium spirits as well as classic Baa Bar favourites of shooters, beer deals and shooter cocktails.
Mike Cockburn, City Centre Manager for Liverpool City Council stated ‘The Council and local stakeholders have been working together to develop a vision for the Victoria and Stanley Street area of the city centre and having Baa Bar investing in the area is a real boon to realising the new vision.’
