Project Manager for Baa Bar Ltd

Baa Bar Ltd is looking for a ‘straight down the line’, robust, experienced Property Manager to deliver small scale refurbishment projects, excellent maintenance standards and Health & Safety compliance of our expanding organisation with a relatively hands-on approach. You will have experience in project management, reactive maintenance, organising multi-site maintenance schedules, coordinating small-scale works. New site development experience is desirable. Preferably based in Liverpool, you will be expected to ensure operational excellence at each of our sites in the North West through effective management of the property / maintenance programme and team.
